So I told him to get clear on his ideation, build it on these mediums, produce an MVP, and use those insights to monetize. All of this could be at a low cost/free before scaling with the 8k budget initially.

There is a lot of Alpha in hard tech; the revenue multiples are steadier in the long term than those in AI.

The best hardtech startups are in Texas (in my completely biased opinion, but I can quantify it, of course :) )
