There are many who dismiss our vision for New York as impossible. To them, I say we need look only to our past for proof of how we can shape the future.
Tomorrow is Election Day. And this is the final Until It's Done of our campaign.
The Dutch proportional voting system isn’t perfect, but it works. It ensures representation across the political spectrum, keeps the far right in check, and gives voters real influence. Isn’t it time Britain caught up? Stephen McNair reports

I wish someone would ask Nigel Farage still supports proportional representation, now Reform are leading in the polls.
My guess is the answer is now "No." Though in a lot more words.
It’s time to end the nightmare results of the first-past-the-post voting system

"It’s spooky season, and we know what’s really spooky. Being haunted by a government that two-thirds of people didn’t vote for - and the spectre of an even less popular one waiting to take its place. Millions of voices unheard, buried in a graveyard of wasted votes."

The ghost MP They've been in a safe seat for decades and you never hear from them. Are they still there? Are they even real? Who knows...
Dracula. He's a count. Unlike your vote. Which didn't count. Sucking life and energy out of politics since 1885.
The Prime Monster Only needs 25% of the vote to have a majority in Parliament and pass a law allowing him to eat us all.
The zombie voting system Should be dead. Why is it still here?
It's Halloween and Westminster is looking spooky... 🎃💀

This is really poor by BBC researchers and producers. Goodwin hasn't been an active academic for a number of years, yet is described as one (thus legitimating his relentless Reform activism and constant bad faith misrepresentation of evidence). 1/?

Or actually bring in a fair democratic process where everyone's votes count equally.
It's time for Proportional Representation.

People are fed up with politicians choosing failed policies and scapegoating over investing in all communities. Time for real change.

Ed Davey quote from December 2023 in favour of electoral reform with a Make Votes Matter logo.
In countries using proportional representation, parties are incentivised to work together collaboratively. They keep the 80% that works and try to fix the 20% that doesn't.
With FPTP, parties scrap it altogether and take years to implement a new process with lots of flaws.
