Why do some have a shit time with LLMs for programming while others love it?

To succeed, the latter group tacitly creates tons of scaffolding and gain weird new skills. While it works, this posts explains how doing all that is an incidental consequence of bad interaction design in coding AI agents.

I tried. I really tried. I was able to get up to about 30 WPM with Colemak-DH, but fighting years of QWERTY muscle memory is incredibly difficult and very frustrating. My productivity also really plummeted.

I've gone back to QWERTY for now. Maybe I'll try again another time.

My typical QWERTY speed is about 100-105 wpm. So hopefully I can get back to that speed before long.

@skeetsapp.com I'm a little curious about the difference in the trending feeds between the official Bluesky app and the Skeets app. It seems the feeds for trending topics in the Bluesky app have more recent/relevant skeets. Are you aware of this?

Finally tried Ambients key switches from lowprokb on my ZSA Voyager! I went with the Nocturnal variant. Unbelievable how silent they are.

Trying to decide whether I like them enough to to keep them on my keyboard. I've always preferred tactile switches but the Sunrise variant isn't available yet.

Woke up with the right side of my face paralyzed. Thought I was having a stroke! Apparently this is a thing that happens sometimes (Bell's palsy) and they don't know the cause for me. So I'll likely have facial paralysis for 2 weeks to a few months, and potentially even longer.
