Not sure how many people watch a lot of TV here, but is anyone struggling to stay engaged with shows now that they take 2+ years between seasons?

I know I loved the first season of Wednesday, but fuck if I could tell you why after so long.

I remember an interaction where someone joined and was like ‘My name is Bubbles and I’m a French Lop! =uwu=’ And like, some 70 year old dude called John was like ‘wtf are you okay???’

That group was the funniest place to be.

One of my favourite memories of being a WSD obsessive is being on the Facebook group for fans. Because it’s the funniest mix of elderly folk who got the book when it was a big deal, and furries.

More well known now is that Sandleford is having an actual housing development built on its land, so like… we learnt nothing apparently.

Watership Down had a conference on its 50th anniversary in Glasgow, where fans could submit talks and presentations to discuss the book and movie.

Watership Down is an A-Level (UK college) study book. At A-Level English literature you can study it and compare themes with Black Beauty. But I personally think the book compares better to The Hobbit.

Watership Down isn’t a kids book it was just released at a time where people didn’t realise adults like anthropomorphic animals so much.

Anyway since I’m thinking about Watership Down AGAIN. Here’s some little things I think are super interesting about it that you might not know -
