Last night made it more clear to me that it is always community over competition. Always. I was in a room with so many people I consider friends that also inspire me and we just all want to see each other succeed.

Stop looking at your friends as competition and just focus on community with them.

I'm cleaning up a lot of things as a part of my mental & physical rebuild

I've been very lax in working in a trackable way - on purpose, I wanted to feel the progress vs track

Tougher still, getting through it while holding on to our humanity, to who we are

That's my biggest struggle. Not getting through everything that's hit me, but continuing as the person I want to be, even if I have to change with the tides

But, continuing to win wars even if not every battle

Tonight for the first time since I really started to shut down in May? I started to clean it

It feels good, and I'll always take that over the alternative

Baby steps. Life can be tough and unfortunately we have to be tougher sometimes to get through it.

One of my biggest points of procrastination/overwhelm this year has been my studio. Simply put, it's a mess

I'm lucky that most of the basement is sewing/streaming. But a large space, and being the home for two moves worth of unopened boxes, can get out of hand
