I’ve been slowly working on my iOS app for months. My day job has been stressful, but I’ve been able to work on my app two to three times a week.

I’m aiming to launch in a month! I’m so close!

Anyway, i have my weekends back and ive spent the last couple sleeping, eating, going on hikes, and sleeping some more.

I feel so much better when i wake up now.

I don’t understand these people that give so much of their life to corporate America, especially when they have young children.

Work got crazy for a few months and I’m finally on the other side of it. I feel like I’ve gotten my life back.

I teetered on the edge of burnout. And i worked with people that worked more hours than me, and i don’t understand how they aren’t burnt out.

I’ve been getting obsessed with cooking and my latest obsession: donuts!

Watching horror movies with my cats is funny because chaos and fear are leaping from the screen and they simply yawn during their nap.

I’m working towards releasing a mobile app and I’m kind of glad I’m getting to the end.

It will most likely make very little money, unfortunately.

But I shipped something! That’s the goal.

I’m still passionate about the project, which is why I’m getting over the finish line.

Yeah I hear you. The actual app is like a GitHub commit graph for workouts, meditation, and sleep. So I’m trying to convey the UI through the icon. But maybe I should just go hyper simple and not try to do that.

@spreen.co I made all the colors one opacity, hopefully not as busy (border is just there for shape, won’t be on final icon). And also experimenting with some dark mode icons.
