I'm considering turning it into a "press your own button" station while vending. People can take blanks and a small piece of art, then press it for like...three bucks. That could be cute!

If you're based in Tennessee, you can also call your reps and tell them you don't want this law to pass. Women wouldn't have a need to move if people are advocating for them, including other women, and making active moves to combat hostile laws.

One that is helping trans people specifically especially needs help right now. You can volunteer if you're based in Colorado, or donate to them: tcpipeline.org

Volunteering/donating to charities, fighting for homeless/houseless rights, and advocating for making structural changes will be a lot more effective and productive than calling Americans "soft" simply because systems in place make certain things impractical to the point of impossibility.

Especially since there are other structures in place that prevents people from up and leaving, such as having an address being a requirement for getting a job. Something people wouldn't have if they make a mad dash to a colder climate with no plan.

Maybe instead of shaming people for situations outside of their control, you can show compassion. Everybody's situation is unique and can't be compared 1:1 with history or scenarios in other countries.

Unfortunately, southern states such as Tennessee are where the majority of people who rely on welfare such as SNAP and social security live, so...

They literally can't afford to move out and are financially trapped. There would be a mass exodus to north of the Belt if people can afford to flee.
