How do you know when your book is truly finished?

What's your favorite place to write? I like to go to random coffee shops.

To advertise my book release! Actually that's not really true. I would probably use it to buy homeless people essentials that they need.

Any advice for a new author?

Is it weird if an author truly likes their own writing? In my case, it wasn't always that way. But for my first novel (coming soon), I wrote it with that exact thing in mind. What would I want to read?
