All the engines gathered around the wishing well to mourn the loss of Britt Allcroft.

For so much of our lives, we only knew her as a logo, but even then we loved her. And even now, she left us with the ultimate symbol of what she meant to us and what we meant to her, and how much she cared for making every one of us smile. Thank you, forever and ever.

Last night, I learned of Britt Allcroft's passing, and I was gutted by that news.

This incredible woman shaped my and many others childhoods, and I don't know where I would be today if it weren't for her.

Rest in Peace, Britt Allcroft. Thank you for everything. 🙏❤️
