I have a heart that is often bursting with hope, positivity and joy. But this year we’ve seen confusion, trouble and difficulty for people all around the world, it’s been a tough one. But I find it grounding to remember the person that I can be and remember that there is still hope no matter what 💕

Standing alone is the hardest test of all but it’s where you find your power ❤️

Confidence isn’t always inherent, sometimes it’s rehearsed. Identity, too, is a creative act; we imagine who we want to be, and then we practice at it until we get it right ❤️

Even after the loveliest of weekends away, I have landed home feeling hollow, like a part of me is still elsewhere.

But what brings me back, is doing ordinary things, like the soothing brushing of my hair, breathing, letting myself fall into rhythm, telling myself that everything is going to be ok
