... I could eventually learn things like Elden Ring on it, but I feel like more complicated things like Warframe, a good chunk of shooters, or fighting games would noticeably struggle.

I'd certainly like one, but I don't think a modernized GC controller would be as catch-all as the normal diamond.

Sloppy, unapologetic GameCube lover that I am, it... depends? I think a modernized GC controller with a second bumper, a second start/select button, and clickable sticks could be made to work for some things. Like, I could absolutely ball out better with most platformers I play, ... (1/2)

Base game left me disappointed with Frenzied Flame as a lore element, and the DLC *COOKED*.

I absolutely wish there were more romhacks out there like Emerald Seaglass. So much QOL, updated dex with a bunch of new mons, and an optional hard mode if you *want* to sweat.

I've won the trust of my neighborhood corvids this year. Keep a container of peanuts with me when I leave home, they fly down to greet me if they see me, and I give them some peanuts. They'll approach on foot within just a few feet, and don't flinch when I start moving around. I love birds so much.

Yeah, it's got some very "otter refuses to stop eating watermelon it hates" energy.

It's a shame and never made sense to me, why waste time continuing to engage with something actively treating you badly, forcing awful things, and making you feel worse in general.
