ditto is the other pokemon like this but ditto is unique for clear reasons like ditto can be viable in any gen pre imposter when a pokemon it can outspeed (usually paralysis based) is very dominant tho in gen 1 it is more about getting mew two to get rid of it stat changes

you are looking at a pokemon that can counter 1 mew set and is somehow a bigger threat than a lot of pokemon against mewtwo
