Interesting take! My novels are all character-driven, so I don't necessarily concern myself with how much each scene moves the plot forward. My WIP is about a Hollywood director who decides to make a "mainstream" porn, so it's satirical, and the scenes are mostly irreverent in the extreme! Cheers.

I can understand that, especially if you're writing YA books. I consider all my novels to be adults only! Thanks for commenting.
