Example: In Postiz, you can schedule a post to TikTok, but sometimes it fails. The error might just say: “Error Occurred.”

The real problem wasn’t the error itself—it was not knowing what the error was. If your users don’t know, it’s likely you don’t know either.

Errors in your SaaS will not necessarily lead to churn. Frustration will. I’ve seen it in the first SaaS I built. People would reach out to customer support: "My Workflow is not working," then cancel subscriptions.

→ For the devtools hardcore, list it on npmjs, pip, etc. It's a no-follow link, but it's still strong.
→ For open-source projects: list on Coolify, Elastio, Cloudron, Unraid, etc. Postiz receive a significant amount of traffic from there.

→ More niche with marketplace integrations: Add your SaaS to Atlassian, Trello, Monday, ActiveCampaigns, etc. You would be surprised how many people are using those tools.

→ Publish on @n8n_io, @make_hq, @zapier, their docs will also give you a powerful backlink - 80+ DR
→ Create plugins for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, etc. You are now competing in the SEO search inside the platform.

The best way to attract traffic and customers for your SaaS is to leverage other powerful websites to drive traffic to your site.

The old UX was mediocre, and I'm sure many people canceled their subscription because of that. I went into monk mode, and in two days, I recreated it — much better, simpler, and faster. So happy that it's out!

I just fixed the most significant technical debt Postiz had. When I first created the post creation modal, I made numerous changes and built it relatively quickly, but it was clunky. Sometimes things would not work for people, and I would have to find a "patch" to fix it.
