Also, the endangerment finding is not even a regulation! It is a legal and scientific determination that greenhouse gases are harmful and must be regulated.

Seriously, is there a list somewhere of exactly WHO is on the Post editorial board? I can only find a list of editors of the opinion section.

The Post editorial board is saying something extremely controversial here—that regulating climate change costs more than doing nothing about it. And it's providing absolutely no supporting evidence for that.

And we have no idea who wrote it.
