I think if food can’t be cooked at home, by a good home cook, in a kitchen using ingredients from a supermarket or it lists a lot of things that you can’t identify I’d say it’s probably ultra processed
Bread from the bakery section - ok part baked, in plastic with a 2 month shelf life - steer clear

I also have a box of stuff in my downstairs loo for dinner guests. The usual tampons/pads/headache tablets and a selection of face cream and perfume samples and single use sizes of stuff from hotels…

Yes but I leave them in our guest bathroom so people have a choice of nice goodies!!

The one that causes problems here is the Feb half term because loads of the families and kids go to the mountains skiing - that’s about 3 weeks to avoid as all the different cantons have different dates….
