I'll have to research some more, but I'm pretty sure I've seen Antifa use the 3 arrow and the flag. Antifa is very complex. I'm guessing iron front falls under the Antifa umbrella? Antifa is more than just one group or organization it's it anyone who oppose fascists. It's not a organization.
