So good! I've made it that way for years. As long as it's firm tofu it should hold up pretty well. I coat it in flour and seasonings of your choice (I believe corn starch is recommended but that's all I had) and a drizzle of oil and air fry it. Tastes yummy and u could pair it with a sauce too :)

My rendition of the ramenless broke college student meal. Rice, broccoli and par-cooked yolks. (They were meant to be full eggs 😆) flash marinated some chicken lunch meat in a sweet chili sauce and finished with cucumbers and chives. Delicious !

While I love going out and being busy and working, I also love the days that I can relax and light a candle and chill at home. :) super relaxing and so needed sometimes
