Its not exactly high brow or underground, but Peacemaker is a good example of a property nobody was asking for expansion into a staple live action franchise but here we are.

Go far back enough and it was the same story with Iron Man. A C list comic before 2006.

I know we're in a fairly miserable era of remake slop and live service gaming and I am part of the problem, but, HOWEVER, I still would pay full price for a next gen upgrade for Dragon Quest 11 on Switch 2 and PS5 that restored the original release's graphics with the Definitive Edition's content.

I did this with my first paladin back in BC. Kept him in Northshire right up until cata broke it.

Well, Alien Earth was a bit of a wet plop at the finish line. Not a fan of 'To Be Continued...' in this era of television where it'll be a solid 3 years before this resumes.

And God damn, I feel like NO threads got any kind of resolution. This feels more like a mid season hiatus than a finale.

I think it would be really funny to cast Alan Tudyk as live action GI Robot after going to such lengths to make Dr Phosphorous literally just him in flashbacks.

I mean like, if this means you cut all the fetching out of the intro and let us get to the actual gameplay faster? Like taking out the walking back and forth around Estard for an hour? Okay maybe? But I don't want significant portions gutted out of this game. I LIKE this 120+ hour game!

The trouble I always have with a remake announcement is that I now want to play the game but I don't want to be burnt out on it when the remake comes out in February.

So... do I do another DQ8 run? I recently did the latest DQM and it was pretty great, but I can't do that again... hm.

Bruh I can't believe DQ7 got the remake I always wanted for FF7 ;-;

Super stoked though. DQ7 is my second favorite Dragon Quest title. But still.
