The city IS artsy, peaceful, and clean. It's also to our credit that we've legalized, and that people have a more compassionate attitude towards harm reduction for people suffering from addiction of all kinds. Not sure why you assumed that I didn't live here just because I was being a silly stoner.

I am definitely teasing about ALL of Portland being high, but I sure do know a lot of stoners...but I've also worked in the weed industry. I do bet you'd be surprised how many of our neighbours are high on the low, haha. All demographics use weed, many for medicinal purposes.
