It's not unreasonable to be more than a little wary and skeptical of decisions made when the parent company is a company that is known for making micro transactions and cash grabs

Look, catching stuff like the transmog gold thing or quests and characters that aren't quite like they should be...is the point of beta. Feedback, both good and bad is the point.

And obviously, loud upset feedback gets more attention and faster results.
