Das Foto zeigt eine nächtliche Straßenszene im Regen. Im Vordergrund geht eine Person mit einem roten Regenschirm über nasses Kopfsteinpflaster. Sie trägt eine helle Hose und eine dunkle Jacke, in der Hand hängt eine helle Tasche. Der Hintergrund besteht aus einer Fassade mit fünf großen, roten Toren, die von Backsteinbögen umrahmt werden – vermutlich eine Feuerwache. Über jedem Tor leuchtet eine helle Lampe, die den Regen sichtbar macht und die Szene stark kontrastreich ausleuchtet. Die nassen Steine am Boden reflektieren das Licht, wodurch die Szene eine atmosphärische, fast filmische Wirkung erhält.

Auf dem Bild sieht man einen dichten, sattgrünen Wiesenbewuchs mit schmalen, aufrechten Gräsern. Zwischen dem Gras wachsen vereinzelt leuchtend rote Mohnblumen sowie einige blau-violette Kornblumen. Das Licht ist weich, und am Bildrand wird die Szene etwas dunkler, als würde ein leichter Schatten um das Bild liegen.

A river with stunning turquoise-colored water runs through the photo with a steel arch bridge at the top end.
