still can't believe that nintendo decided "hey we're gonna have cool mario sports cards with amiibo support" and just decided to use some of the silliest and most overused renders in them

...was this especially common? I grew up with this version and never experienced anything remotely close to game breaking in the over 10 years I had it.

Netflix on Wii U crashed the console more often than I ever saw any game do (at least before I modded my console)

...that being said, as long as they stay gone, twitch will remove them from being a partner after a year of being inactive (so at least this isn't going to go on forever)

don't resub to nitro if you cancelled it, don't forget about this, BUT don't completely lose any remaining hope that they can improve just yet.

but that all being said you shouldn't return to how things were before the announcement immediately. wait and see if discord actually keeps their word on this system. but i don't think you should completely disregard what they're saying either, because there is some reason to be hopeful, at least.

"but then why do the biometrics globally in the first place?" because unfortunately a lot of people just don't care. and if a platform as large as discord pulled a move like this very platform did in a couple US states, they'd suddenly be in more scrutiny from the US government than they were before

they say that anything less invasive than biometric stuff is considered insufficient in the countries that mandate age verification? honestly, i MIGHT be willing to buy that, considering how steadfast the UK in particular is in trying to keep this up, even to the point of considering banning VPNs.

discord is making some promises about their age verification implementation that, if true, may subside some of my fears about what they are doing right now.

but actions speak louder than words. i'm not blindly trusting them. i will hold them to their words here.

i can tell you from experience that, for example, i didn't realize it was time to climb mt coronet in pearl until i looked it up since i was practically stuck in my progression

i get where you're coming from, but as someone whose first gen was gen 5, i kinda don't agree? while getting lost on where to go next is almost never a problem in these games, unova nearly fully eliminated the problem by making the region super linear, and making the times to backtrack super clear.

They're in their own official OST on Toby's page. Either they're safe (since Toby just straight up released the audio files on the Undertale website) or Materia's already started taking them down. Either way, the situation probably won't change.
