it’s a coping mechanism. after a huge storm that destroyed me I finally have sunshine. I still have heavy rainstorms occasionally but the sun always shines bright in the end.

something I’ve noticed is that a lot of the songs that make me think about model artist have rain or general weather themes and it really makes sense tbh

I’m not saying online relationships are bad btw. it’s hard to put into words what I mean. but I guess it’s like I almost expect the affection in a way? since it’s an “irl” relationship and not an online one

it feels a lot more real almost? when selfshipping vs an online relationship. like I crave physical affection like I was in a real life relationship and in general it feels more intimate than an online relationship

I think the worst part of selfshipping is craving the physical affection. and I don’t mean like sex or anything. I mean hugging and holding hands and finger combing hair and just general affection like that.
