Photos posted by the IRCS show shattered windows, blown-out glass, fallen ceiling panels and damaged treatment rooms with medical beds and equipment inside. A source in Tehran told Drop Site the strike hit “near” the Red Crescent building. The facility, located in the Seyed Khandan neighborhood is a major medical and humanitarian hub providing physical therapy, orthotics and prosthetics services to civilians and refugees.
