woke up yesterday to my friend texting me that they are going to kill themselves, i've been there too many times to count and whatever ppl told me about hope didn't exist in my mind in that headspace and i have just been constantly breaking down with anxiety & pain over this i feel fucking helpless

i know this is rather dull, i think so too i'm just trying to get my thoughts out while i'm stoned

i crave one on one interactions the most, it's where any friendship that's meant something to me grew, i get scared when i have to juggle the friendships simultaneously in real time or whatever and feel like i'm being sawed in half.

one thing i have realized is, post agoraphobia i am inept at keeping more than like, two close in person friendships at a time without feeling overwhelmed at the possibility of disappointment or disappointing.
