The maturity and product sense this 18 year old has is incredible, and quite humbling. Great read.

I've tried it in the past. Personally, I felt like the Livewire syntax mixed with Alpine got kind of confusing. I now go with Vue, Inertia, and Laravel.

Working on a web scraper for my app. I'm using FastAPI for this separate service. I haven't used Python in a while and forgot how nice the syntax is. It's just so easy. #indiehacking

Lots of progress since my last post. I now have it hosted with a domain name (deltaeclipse.com), most of the calculators are done, and I'm now working on setting up a service that will scrape congressional trades so I can serve the data to my users. #buildinpublic #indiehacking

Finished the MVP of my site. Now working on getting it hosted. Running into some 500 errors but I’m getting really close to having something to soft launch.

Very nice. It does a good job showing off the entire ecosystem and what separates Laravel from other mainstream frameworks in my opinion.

I spent my precious building time today trying out different chart libraries… I probably do this because it’s so hard for me to just pick something and run with it. I get serious buyer’s remorse once I’ve picked a framework/library/etc and hear about something that might be better.

I want to get more comfortable posting content online so I can meet some folks through my posts and establish another avenue for building my professional network. To that end, I’m going to start posting about my side projects - a la #buildinpublic . Anyways, stay tuned!
