There are Tim's anti-consultant medication pills littering the same lava. Brian's posture is bent backwards, painfully so. Every appendage on him, aside from Jay's, seems to be either pulling him toward themself or holding him in place. There is a strong lighting coming from the bottom right of the image, under-lighting the whole scene dramatically. Brian's hoodie and jeans are stained and show signs of wear. The image feature chromatic aberration with the lineart in teal and magenta. There's also code in the image which says, from top to bottom: "Smile" in all caps, "Why don't you care?", and "Tell me where to put the anger" also in all caps.
