The cookie recipe is as follows: INGREDIENTS 1 cup salted butter, softened 1 cup granulated sugar 2 egg yolks, room temp 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp iodized salt 1/4 tsp baking powder DIRECTIONS: 1. Cream together sugar & butter until light and fluffy! 2. Scrape down sides of bowl. Mix in egg yolks and vanilla until fully incorporated. 3. Add flour, salt, and baking powder and mix until just combined. If your dough is still sticky, slowly add 1/4 cup of flour until the texture is a soft, malleable dough. 4. Turn out dough onto a sheet of parchment and roll out to 1/4" thickness. Chill dough directly on cookie sheet for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350F. 5. Cut out desired shapes and place on cookie sheet, leaving at least 1" between each cookie. Bake for 10-12 minutes. 6. Cookies should be lightly browned on the edges and appear matte. Don’t over bake! 7. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack. Store in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
