Agreed. I like how many breweries are doing hop water, which makes a ton of business sense. I guess I get why more brewers arenβt doing na, but Iβd love to see more options. Kinda related: Iβd love to see more na on tap. Enjoying some Athletic at the Timbers match

Yes to both, and the approach you mentioned earlier about waiting a while before extending your generosity is something I've also worked on in therapy. It feels selfish! But it makes a lot of sense in that it exposes people who would otherwise take advantage of generosity.

The book, Running on Empty, by Christine Musello, helped me understand a lot of my own patterns of behavior WRT self-abandonment and sacrificing my boundaries. It might help you too
