Oh, and the doctor's appointment went well. New referrals, tests, the usual stuff. I really like this one. I wish he was in the rotation more often. Issues with the referral for my foot doctor who I really need to see. Such a pain!

It's really musty in here and making my allergies and asthma flare. I'm glad I'm only here for another night but also don't have another place booked for the rest of the week.

"The holidays" for me starts in October with Halloween! That said, it's a mixed bag for the ones following.

Must have been a restless night. Even my weighted reindeer ended up at the foot of the bed!!! No wonder my hip hurts! 😅

I'm realizing I probably should have gone back to sleep earlier. Now I need to get up and my eyes are blurry and eyelids are heavy. Thankfully my doctor's office reached out to see if I'd prefer a video visit! As much as I hoped to see him in person this time it's a huge relief!

i like heated mattress covers, heated blankets, and space heaters hehe

along with fuzzy socks, and fuzzy pajamas. and a hoodie i sleep with, so it’s warm when i put it on when i wake up before i leave my bed

staying warm and toasty helps me so much the cold is so icy

the sleeves aren't too long on. I'm also really tired and the more my body temp can't regulate.

I need to invent an electric rechargeable robe so I can still do things but stay warm! 😀
I still have a pile of dishes from last night because the water took a long time to heat up and I was too cold! I don't have a robe at all right now and I usually live in a robe! It's so hard to find one that

I'm at an Airbnb and I blew a fuse yesterday with my little space heater I brought! 🤦🏽‍♀️ 😆 I move around so much when I sleep I can't have anything near my neck or that I can pin or strangle myself with! I need to pick up some more socks today. I've never seen a heated mattress pad! I was just thinking

Woke up too early and with a bad stomach and a leg cramp. Still laying here in bed. It's so cold! I'm wondering if most people keep their houses cold, even in the winter? I went to my son's for a bit and it's freezing there too. My body just doesn't do well with any drastic temperatures anymore.

Fellow theater kid and LOVE Heather Hemmens! Why are there so many missed vocal opportunities with these talented actors? I'll take all the good singing. Especially in a holiday movie where it's a no-brainer.

It's another chilly °42 night with some thick fog here in #NorCal

Damn! Why is it so cold?! I should have brought my sleeping bag in after the fuse blew from my heater. They put the heater on upstairs but at bedtime set it on auto thermostat which I said was fine but now I'm cold and crampy. I think I'll make some fennel tea.
