In the second panel, Ophi is sitting and supporting himself with his hands. He's wearing a fairly big diaper and his eyes are glowing with the hypnosis as he looks happily towards the viewer. The background is an endless wall of hypnotic suggestions about how much Ophi loves his new momma and her big diaper and being in diapers etc. The dragon continues to speak: "Yes, yes GOOD.
