kit’s workout from march 1st, 2026. starting the month off strong! 50x toe raises, heel raises, & jumping jacks for a warm up. 20 minutes on the elliptical with 10 resistance, 2.03miles for distance. 50x incline pushups. 15x5 bicep curls with 8lbs weights. reverse curled 15x4 at 16lbs. skullcrushers at 25x4 at 8lbs. wide grip pulldown, 12x4 at 40lbs. tricep pulldowns, 15x4 at 15lbs. seated cable rows, 12x5 at 50lbs. laterals, 10x6 at 16lbs. lots of arm and back stuff!
