Completely agree with this. He's gone from emotionless AI-style interviews to genuinely interesting to listen to.

Sounds a lot like when we played Shrewsbury under Ainsworth. They played some lovely stuff but we just brushed them aside and won comfortably. At least there was a positive end to the game, let's see if we can start that way next time...

Love that Van Sas has taken number 1, I wonder if it's significant or if Norris was happy to stay at 50.

Plus, with the new ownership and so many changes it's easy to feel the club are getting disconnected with the fans - but this is excellent. The incentive around young fans was brilliant and there is a lot of information being shared about what is going on with the club. Really positive signs.

He clearly doesn't care much for the media side of things, which I can totally understand. This stuff makes you understand the appointment more-and-more from the vision of developing young players. I just hope he can get the team performing as his "public" persona isn't that endearing to fans.
