Bayonetta is flaunting her enormous butt to the viewer as she strikes the pose of the game's box art (back view, brandishing her weapon with a full moon in the distance) but she's much, MUCH thicker than her canon scrawny self.

I've got a bit of a love/hate relationship with this game (mostly because I'm terrible at it BUT THAT'S ONLY BECAUSE THE STEAM PORT IS BAD OKAY ?!)
These considerations set aside, Bayo is super cool and I love her.

The positive side is - from the profile you're describing and acknowledging the inclination to self-harm and general disregard for mental health of such individuals - the problem could very much end itself. Here's hoping.

The costume itself is rather low effort, but the loud growling of her hungry belly echoing in the night, the ground quaking under her footstep... now that's scary.

"Vanquish Soul Panthera" from YGO TCG hasn't had any supporting cards for a while and as a consequence, did't see much play in the past year or so - resulting in her becoming a big, chubby lazy cat laying around all day and playing games instead of fighting. Here she's seen laying on a couch with her big belly overflowing it and resting on the ground. Someone off screen is announcing she finally has "new support" but wasn't expecting to find her like this.
