This is essentially the same timeline on which the Oregon case proceeded, though? The Oregon TRO request was filed September 29th and a hearing was held on October 3rd. This request for TRO was filed October 6th and is set for oral argument October 9th.

For one, anytime there’s a disaster in a red state and the state & federal disaster response is poor, there’s a batch of people who loudly say those people deserve it, regardless of how they voted individually, regardless of whether they could vote at all.
