the good example shows an Edit button which displays Delete and Mark as Read icon buttons for each secure message that uses swipe to delete and long press gestures

Updated the Accessibility Actions technique to also include single tap button alternatives to swipe to delete and long press gestures.

This is needed to meet WCAG Pointer Gestures success criterion and #A11y Actions only work with iOS a11y features.
