Exactly. I grew up by a big outlet mall with a movie theater and it was basically the only thing we were able to do as teens in my very boring suburb. (To this day I am extremely anti-suburb due to my teenage longing for anything more interesting. 😂)

YES!! I went to the theater the other day and a group of kids was trying to go in and they kicked them out. I don’t know what I would’ve done as a teen if I couldn’t go to the movies.

That’s a good point. And I don’t blame you for wanting him to stay away! The ICE presence seems to be getting way worse there, and they clearly have no respect for the rule of law.

This is horrifying on a million levels. But also—if any of these dudes started ordering me around, I wouldn’t believe that they were real law enforcement officers. They just look like random white supremacist creeps off the street. No identifying badge or uniform. How are people supposed to know?
