香港では、50%超え間近の次席支配株となっており、抗原環境に適応したXFG*が伝搬していると考えられる｡

東アジアは、事実上のJN.1*+FLiRT空白地帯であり、感染獲得免疫は存在しない｡何らかの抗原環境による抵抗性が崩れれば、一挙に広がる事となる｡
