It feels so stupid living without my other dog, she just ran away and now I'm just depressed

I'm still alive I just had to work on some of my school stuff, anyway my life is getting harder, tho I keep forgetting a lot of things now and I misplaced I don't remember where I put my wallet or my tools, It's kinda funny too how I'm stressed yet I'm still doing my best just to get passed the exam
