I really wish people would stop saying Trump shouldn't be President because he is a "felon."

There are MILLIONS of people with felonies (including me), and we did our time and earned our rights back

Trump should not be POTUS b/c he is a cruel a**hole who doesn't care about anything but himself

Arkansas Supreme Court overrules decades-old pretextual arrest decision, setting new state precedent | Arkansas Democrat Gazette The Arkansas Supreme Court on Thursday overruled the state's defining pretextual arrest decision, rejecting more than 20 years of legal precedent in a 5-2 ruling.

Overruling a 2-decade-old precedent, Arkansas Supreme Court says it's OK for police offers to arrest suspects on lesser charges as pretext to investigate more serious crimes. Dissenting justice accuses majority of going out of its way to find a pretext to reverse precedent.

Bodycam video contradicts ICE claims in fatal shooting of U.S. citizen Ruben Ray Martinez in Texas Video of last year's fatal shooting of Ruben Ray Martinez obtained by CBS News appears to contradict claims that Martinez was shot by an ICE agent because he "accelerated" and "intentionally ran over"...

DHS claimed "an ICE agent had fired 'defensive shots' into Martinez's vehicle after Martinez 'intentionally ran over' another agent."

But body cam video now "shows that Martinez's vehicle, a blue Ford Fusion, was stationary or going at a very low rate of speed when he was fatally shot."

After Detention, Families Stranded in Border Town Face Harrowing Journey Home Parents and children from a detention center in Texas found themselves dropped at a border town shelter with few means to leave.

Moving immigration abductees far from home as soon as possible is designed to cut them off from family, friends, and community resources. It also means that when people are released, it's into a strange place with no help—and people are rising to meet that need around camps like Dilley.

Because the Republican Party wouldn’t let the incumbent governor have any inter-party opposition. Most primary elections work that way.
