When I accepted that my family was never going to be the family I needed or wanted, & took responsibility for building my own community that shows up for me fully, it helped me with dealing with the feelings of being unlovable.

One thing I’m learning is to stop finding somebody else to blame about things going wrong in my life.

It is so easy to point the finger at anything and anybody to avoid taking accountability but when you realize you’re actually the villain in your own story, it forces you to get your shit together
