The rain always seems to deliver. This Choreutis nemorana was new for me,and maybe the 1st adult for Berkshire after larva were found in 2024. Waiting on Confirmation. #TeamMoth.

Despite the rain, the first moth I saw in the trap this morning was my second
Light Crimson Underwing
for the garden #TeamMoth.

It could be phtheochroa inopiana.

Can someone put a name to this please. Thought it was Celypha rufana, but if it is,it would be a 1st record for this area VC22.
