They’re wrong.

New York is the world financial capital — home of Wall Street & billionaires from across the globe.

If everyday people can defeat oligarchs here, we can defeat oligarchy anywhere.

The challenges we now face must be met by a bold progressive populist movement that strengthens democracy and shakes up the system.

We can’t simply return to the path we were on before Trump.

We cannot accept the status quo of Big Money dominating our politics and economy.

The real choice Democrats face is not between a continuing resolution that allows the government to function normally or a government shutdown.

Under the Trump regime, the government is not functioning normally. It is already shutting down.

Democrats must not legitimize Trump's coup.

Trump's economy is a failure. It demonstrates his commitment to greed and grift rather than the well-being of our country. While billions are sent to Argentina and opulent parties are thrown, American families suffer.
