NEW: Is David Montgomery done in Detroit? A recent report states the veteran RB wants to move on from the #Lions organization.
Opposing quarterbacks posted a 45.9% completion rate and a 39.4 passer rating when throwing in the direction of Oregon's Jadon Canady.
Primarily a slot defender, Canady has experience playing both inside and outside, something he discussed with the #Lions this week.
Alabama’s Deontae Lawson shared he’s spoken with #Lions LB coach Shaun Dion Hamilton. He shared the two have went over film. Also said he’s kept in touch with his Bama guys in Detroit such as Jahmyr Gibbs, Terrion Arnold and Brian Branch.

Let's say the #Lions hired Mike McDaniel as OC. I can only imagine what the reaction would be if Lions fans woke up and read that McDaniel was still interviewing for head coach jobs in this current cycle.
Imagine losing an OC (again) right after landing him.

#Lions Sam LaPorta (back) had a procedure on his back and Dan Campbell said that he would not only be down awhile, but they would be "very fortunate" to have him back this season.

Dan Campbell was the ultimate course correction from the Matt Patricia era.
