#Lions Brad Holmes on drafting players with an injury history: "It's all case by case. It depends on what the injury is. That doesn't deter us. We traded up to get Jameson Williams off an ACL (injury)."

Lions GM on the Hendon Hooker and Brodric Martin selections: "All you can do is put all the work in and feel good when you take the player. I feel there's risk involved with every single player. Unfortunately they did not meet expectations in a timely manner."

Jackson Meeks has been my dark horse candidate to make the Lions carry six wide receivers. Another week, another touchdown from Kyle Allen. This kid just has an underdog mentality about it.

After missing TeSlaa on that last throw, Allen got outside the pocket and hit him on the run for a first down, but it's coming back due to an illegal forward pass penalty. Rough start for the #Lions offense.

That's another Craig Reynold runs coming back due to a holding call. That's two so far for this offense.

Grant Stuard and Zack Cunningham with big time back-to-back plays. Stuard nullified a big gain, then Cunningham followed up with one helluva pressure. Defense is clicking so far.

Big gain by Craig Reynolds wiped off the board by the holding penalty. Then the Lions follow it up with another penalty, a delay of game.
