Maybe it is just a simple coding error. I've fixed some really stupid bugs over the years that did weird stuff like this. That being said, I don't believe it for one second, and neither should you. This administration lies incessantly! They even lie about absolutely trivial things. Not buying it.

The Role:
Convex is a backend platform but our key differentiator is an excellent client API and developer experience. We've invested huge efforts in our client libraries, development APIs and sync protocol to make Convex a joy to use for application developers. We're looking to expand our team to develop the next version of the Convex API and help define what the modern application stack looks like.
If you're an experienced TypeScript developer, care deeply about elegance and taste in API design, and believe that good platforms matter even more, not less, in an era of Al app development, then this is the job for you.
What You'll Do:
β€’ Design, build, and maintain Convex's client libraries, sync protocol, and query APls.
β€’ Support new frameworks and keep track of new technologies in the app development space.
β€’ Develop an understanding of what abstractions scale and compose well in our stack so we can build libraries that are not just easy to use but also simple over the lifetime of a project.
β€’ Be self-directed to prioritize the right projects to work on, in close collaboration with the engineering team and CTO (hi! this is me, James).
β€’ Help establish good practices and design guidelines as we scale up our team and systems.
β€’ Write a bunch of cool client library code.

Some words go together like jelly and peanut butter… wait, that sounds super weird.

A pair of words that is used in a fixed order in an idiomatic expression is called an β€˜irreversible binomial.’

β€˜Peanut butter and jelly’ is an example of an irreversible binomial.

Thank you! We've been genetically modifying organisms for millennia. We just did it at a slower pace and called it selective breeding.

Miscarriage Is Increasingly Dangerous for Women in Texas, Our Analysis Shows. Here’s How We Did It. Using seven years of hospital discharge data, we found that the number of blood transfusions during emergency room visits for first-trimester miscarriage shot up by 54% since Texas banned abortion.

Our analysis, which shows that more women nearly bled to death during miscarriage after Texas banned abortion, adds to a growing body of reporting revealing that maternal outcomes have gotten worse under bans.
