it's weird that it's only jp vids, is this on mobile? Youtube always works fine on desktop for me but in their app they don't really explicitly let you know it's buffering, it just stutters.

As in, if this were introduced in Splatoon 1, the bullets would not have such a huge and clean-painting radius that makes painting feel less thoughtful than it should be.
