Fairy doesn't resist grass, so it doesn't really need anything so long as its second type doesn't resist Fire. It can be anything.

I don't think the resistances matter as much as the weakness, but yeah. I forgot Empoleon doesn't have a Grass weakness. It is counter balanced by Empoleon gaining a weakness to Ground though. Fire/Dragon could be counter balanced by a Water/Fairy, I guess.

I'm hesitant to ever suggest a typing that gets rid of the water/fire/grass weakness, just because it feels so vital to their identity. But maybe that has already happened and I'm forgetting.

There's some stylistic clashing between the characters and the environment, but I think it's still an improvement. I think the trainer models look better than ScarVio for sure, but I do still wish they had something slightly closer to Sword and Shield's style for the character models.

Every time I think of the Sword and Shield starter set I get annoyed. I don't know what they were thinking with those.

Gen 8 had a lot of bangers, but man, the worst designs of the pack were BAD bad.
