At this point I stay away from suppliments and powders, just eating clean and making crazy simple snacks keep me going. There is this home made pizza pocket I scrolled across on the internet. it's amazing! Super high protien, and low carbs ^^

Question about the material, I have always had an issue with white shirts showing my bra, especially with online ordered ones. Will this one have that issue, or is the fabric thick enough. As a fellow giraffe, I love Okapai and other similar familial ungulates .
