The Telegraph /Johnson /Trump alliance to damage the BBC was enabled by Gibb. He appointed Grossman and Prescott, both had reactionary agendas.They hid behind the fake cover of a ‘commission’ to deliver an unfounded ugly right wing critique of BBC.
